    I am a culinary instructor who has taken a group of professional culinary students to France twice a year for a month over the past 9 1/2 years. We have exclusively used the services Peugeot Open-Europe for each of those trips. I have picked up and dropped off vehicles at various locations in Europe. I have had minor car troubles and repairs during some of my trips. I have needed roadside assistance. The one constant has been the quality of the customer service, the ease of access to the vehicles, the vast network of Peugeot dealerships and the quick access to 24 hour roadside assistance. My clients pay a lot of money to attend my program and I can't afford to ever lose the use of a vehicle for even a day. Every time that I have been in a compromised position the 24 hour customer service road side assistants have helped me through it. They have picked up my vehicles, coached me through accident reports, provided directions to the nearest dealership and provided me with rental cars to insure that I do not miss one day of valuable activity. You would be hard pressed to find a better leasing service in Europe and it is a much better value than car rental. I always joke with my students when I tell them that "every six months I get a brand new car" I wholeheartedly endorse this service as the only way to travel around Europe.

    My wife Ann and I leased a 307 diesel last year for 34 days. we picked it up and dropped it off in London which was very efficient. We then drove around southern England, round Ireland, over to Berlin, Austria, Northern Italy right trough France from Monaco to Normandie via Beaune and then back to the UK. What a fantastic car, we did over 8000KMs and used ave of 5 .3 ltr diesel.very comfortable, just as my AMG E55 Mercedes that I drive here at home.( Not quite as fast)Recommend the leasing to everyone and the car was a beauty. so much room for luggage as well. Loved it and will be doing it again next year.

    I rented this year in Barcelona, Spain and returned the vehicle in Courbevoia, outside Paris, France. I got very sick on the 26 of June and was eventually admitted to the American Hospital of Paris, where they saved my life, but before that occurrance, My wife and I, decided to return the vehicle three days before the agreed returned time and date on the 30 of June. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at the place of delivery, for helping us find the way from Place de la Concorde in Paris to your offices where it took no more than 10 -15 minutes to receive the vehicle just before I was admitted to the hospital above mentioned. THANK YOU ALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS. WE WERE SO PLEASED THAT WE ARE ABOUT TO BOOK ANOTHER VEHICLE FOR OUR NEXT VISIT TO EUROPE (INCLUDING THE CITY WE JUST PLAIN LOVE, PARIS, WHERE WE HAVE BEEN VISITING SINCE JULY OF 1971, ALMOS EVERY YEAR.     We picked up our Peugeot Partner in Paris. It was a great car. The pickup was well organized and we dropped the Partner off in Frankfurt Airport at the Holiday Inn Express. I would recommend this for long term rentals and leases. The paper work was processed so that we did not have any problems crossing boarders in Europe. We put on 9,700 kms. I would consider buying a Peugeot if this car was available in Canada and would use the open Europe program again.

    We picked the Peugot407 wagon up at Nimes.The people at Nimes were fantastic,we spoke no French and they spoke no English, but everything went great.Four adults drove through South of France,Spain and Italy.We dropped the car at Rome airport.Everything went smooth and the car was great.We will be leasing a car again next year when we go to Northern France.     My wife and I have just returned from Europe and we had leased car under this scheme for the third time. We had Renault Megane in 1997 (Peugeot was not in business at that time), Peugeot 206 in 2002 (the deal was much better than Renault) and this year we came back to Peugeot to take automatic 407. The office in Australia was fantastic and as a returning customers we have received great deal. Pick-up and return in Basel/Mulhous was also breeze even though that the lady who delivered did speak hardly ANY English (perhaps one point to improve?). The car was fantastic, we may even consider buying it here in Australia to replace our Ford Falcon. We will come back (perhaps right next year) and we did recommend already to many of our friends.     I leased a 206 in 2001,travelled 10000km in 5 weeks and loved every minute of it. Everyone at Peugeot were helpfull and picking up the car and dropping it off was easy.     After reading some good reviews and looking for a way to make our holiday less expensive, my boyfriend and I leased a 206 HDi in October/November 2005. We picked it up in Amsterdam and travelled throughout Europe eventually returning it in Frankfurt. We must commend Peugeot and Driveaway Holidays (who we booked through in Australia) on such great service. From pick up to drop off we had no problems and found that the car, although one of the smaller models, managed extremely well on the fast European freeways and had enough room for all of our baggage. We must say that we were shocked at how easy it was to pick up and to return the car (no one inspected it, we just gave the keys to the hotel manager) and found that the little extra's (such as a map of Europe and travel wallet) were mush appreciated.     Thank you once again for the wonderful service, I really can attest to what a terrific package Peugeot Sodexa offer having leased a 206 in 2001, a 206 in 2002, a 307sw in 2003 a brand new 407 in 2004 and once again a 307sw in 2005, all of these vehicles have performed without fault over many thousands of kilometres. I wonder how it is that Peugeot make money out of offering brand new vehicles on short leases at low prices with the subsequent depreciation they must suffer,however please keep up the service I'm about to book another 307sw for May 2006.     I have nothing but praise for the 307 SW wagon that has just taken my family around Europe during May and June. I am so impressed with this vehicle that I am seriously contemplating the purchase of this model with a 2.0 litre HDI motor when the version arrives in Australia. The vehicle performed faultlessly in 40¢ªC temperatures in southern Europe, a comforting thought during our Australian summers. I only have one point of issue and that is PLEASE get rid of the red open Europe number plates as the reprobate that broke into our car at St.Tropez will attest that is commonly known by the locals in the area that cars with these plates are regarded as easy pickings and are treated as an easy mark for thieves. The service given to us in the UK was excellent and provided the plate issue is addressed, I would use this service again.

    August 2004 we leased a 206 through youre open europe system for approx 8 weeks, this little email is to say how grateful my wife and i were that we found youre system on the internet,we travelled through about 8 countries and the little 206 performed beautifully, the model we had was deisel and on one tank we managed over 1,200 kilometres figures unheard of in AUSTRALIA, the car was utterly amazing inits performance and comfort and the staff at courbevoie were nothing but fantastic when we needed to extend the lease whilst in croatia, from thr time we picked the car up at the port of calais everything was done in an orderly unfussed manner, after showing my passport signing a couple of documents youre rep at calais explained the car to us and we awere on our way, 8 weeks and 10,000 kilometres later my wifw shed a few tears as we gave the little 206 back to youre dealer at courbevoie, we intend to travel europe again in 3 years and will be utilisng this amazing leasing program again, i have already suggested it to a few people contemplating travel to europe, once again many thanks for a fabulous holiday and we truly miss that fantastic car the 206,kind regards steve and nada sage MELBOURNE,AUSTRALIA

    Dear Peugeot, We are leasing a Peugeot 307 for a few months while we visit Europe from the U.S. We unfortunately had the same car problem happen twice. But I am not writing to complain. To the contrary, I am writing to thank you for the absolutely wonderful service your company has provided to us during our problem. The problem first occurred while we were stuck in a ski resort in Spain. Then the problem re-occurred in Barcelona one week later. However, each person we spoke with (without exception) at Peugeot Assistance was friendly and apologetic and sympathetic and went out of their way to make sure we were being taken care of. And they all spoke beautiful English. While I certainly hope our problem has been resolved, I am relieved to know that we will be well taken care of if it re-occurs. And while I am at it, I would also like to commend your agent at Autofrance.net from whom we leased the car. Marybeth Ippolito was also extremely helpful. I have already recommended your program (and Marybeth specifically) to several others planning extended stays in Europe in the next few months.     Hello I just wanted to acknowledge in writing the excellent service and assistance provided to us with the recent lease of a Peugeot 206 from Paris in Dec 2004. We found your company reps here and the Peugeot representatives in both Paris and Rome to be extremely helpful with our various enquiries. Five years ago we also leased a Peugeot 106 and were also happy with the vehicle and the Europe based staff. The Peugot 206 is a great small vehicle very much suited to the Italian touring holiday and its reliability was very important to us thoughout our trip. The collection and drop-off arrangements are concise and convenient and staff extremely willing to help. We have clocked up a total of 16,000 kms with our two leasing arrangements and look forward to adding to the mileage in years to come.
