Step 1: fill in the necessary documents

- In case of an accident: draw up an accident report with the parties involved
- In case of attempted theft or act of vandalism: make a detailed declaration and lodge an official complaint with the police

Step 2: open an insurance file

- Send a copy by fax to PEUGEOT OPEN EUROPE - CUSTOMER SERVICE (01 49 04 82 89 in France) (+ 33 1 49 04 82 89 outside of France)
- Send the original by mail to PEUGEOT OPEN EUROPE – CUSTOMER SERVICE 115, avenue de l’Arche – BP 323 – 92402 COURBEVOIE CEDEX - FRANCE

Step 3: have the vehicle taken care of

- In case of an accident or attempted theft or act of vandalism that requires repairs: bring the vehicle to a Peugeot authorized repair garage.

Step 4: ask for a refund if necessary

- If the repairs are paid by the customer: send the original repair invoice by mail to PEUGEOT OPEN EUROPE – CUSTOMER SERVICE - 115, avenue de l’Arche – BP 323 – 92402 COURBEVOIE CEDEX – France

The Peugeot Open Europe policy is valid all European countries, and is multi-risk irrespective of percentage coverage for:

- Driver civil liability (including passengers being driven at no charge)

- Vehicle fire damage

- Theft (requires police report)

- Glass damage

- All accident-related damages to the vehicle, including acts of vandalism (requires police report)

- Legal fees

- Driver warranty

You will find the list of necessary periodic servicing in your vehicle’s maintenance notebook. These servicing costs are your responsibility.

Important:

The servicing must imperatively be done in a Peugeot authorized repair garage.

Caution:

It is highly recommended to verify the vehicle’s oil level, water level and tire pressure at least once every 1000 kilometers.
