As soon as you arrive, contact BTV using the toll-free number 0 800 881 831 from an airport public phone. The around-the clock POE representative will take your call and tell you the meeting place where they will pick you up in the Peugeot Open Europe shuttle bus.

You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance. In case of a change, you must inform BTV in advance.
