Go to the Walon France counter situated in the Terminal Est Car Ferry Hall by following the signs for Terminal Est Car Ferry Parking Visiteurs. A toll-free telephone at the counter is provided for your use. After calling, you will be looked after by a WALON France representative.

You can only pick up your vehicle with an appointment confirmed 2 working days in advance. Pick-ups can be arranged 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays (except 25/12/05 and 01/01/06).

YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO DROP OFF YOUR VEHICLE. Use the courtesy telephone at the Walon France counter. Drop-off office: Walon France counter, East Terminal Car Ferry or Hoverport, 62100 Calais. Follow the signs for Terminal Est Car Ferry Parking Visiteurs.
