Upon the arrival of the flight, please call the Peugeot Open Europe representative at the free phone number 800300389 (only from a telephone in the airport). He will be waiting for you with a Peugeot Open Europe sign in the Departure Hall in terminal 1. If you arrive in terminal 2, he will wait for you in hall B in front of Botero's statue.

You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details (from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.) or based on an appointment (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) confirmed 4 working days in advance. Should you change your flight, you must inform MDS.

Make a appointment with the POE representative by phoning on the 93 184 56 71 (+34 93 184 56 71 from outside Spain) at least 4 working days before your departure.The information, procedures and formalities required will be provided by telephone when you make the appointment.
