How is the vehicle delivered?
We will be waiting for you at the time and place chosen for your delivery, as indicated on your order form.
- Note: For appointments without flight information, we will wait for you a maximum of 30 minutes after the appointed time. In case of a flight change or appointment time change, it is imperative to inform your delivery center.
- Note: Only the contract holder (his/her name is written on the vehicle registration certificate) or his/her spouse or partner carrying a proxy form, can take delivery of the vehicle.
Will Peugeot deliver my vehicle to me at my hotel?
Peugeot Open Europe will only provide vehicles for pickup at the Centers listed on our website. All vehicles are supplied at airports or train stations per customer travel arrangements.
How do I return the vehicle?
You must schedule a return date/time with your Drop-Off Center at least four business days in advance. Vehicles must be returned to a Peugeot Open Europe Center (see the list and directions in your order package and in the Delivery and Drop-off section of our website). Any expenses incurred as a result of drop-offs at any other location will be billed to you.
Warning:
- You are expected to return your vehicle within 30 minutes of the time you have indicated to your drop-off center.
- Vehicles must be returned to the location specified in your contract. If you return your vehicle to another location than the one specified, charges will be billed to you.

Can I cancel my order after the payment?
In order to cancel your booking, please send a request to poe-18@peugeot.com
- You will be charged 300€ for any cancellation requested 30 days or more before the delivery of your vehicle
- You will be charged 700€ for any cancellation requested less than 30 days before the delivery of your vehicle.
You will then be refunded the difference on your credit card.
